What's included right now
- Full deterministic BOM generation for EPDM, TPO, and PVC low-slope assemblies
- Zone areas, wind uplift, fastener patterns, insulation layers, edge metal, and accessories calculated from ASCE 7 and manufacturer-specific rules
- Assembly rules seeded from Mule-Hide and Versico. Other manufacturers are added as their rules are validated.
- Confidence scoring per line item — confirmed, assumed, or blocked — and the Feathers Verified badge when geometry and BOM confidence both exceed 90%
- PDF bid document and Excel/CSV exports with source citations
- Estimate lifecycle, saved drafts, and version history
Subscription tiers, team seats, RBAC, approval workflows, shareable read-only links, and support SLAs are on the roadmap but are not built yet. When any of these land, they'll be listed here honestly with what they do and what they cost.
